Service Description
This class has moved to Wednesdays at 4:30 and is with Kathryn Para. See "Slow Flow for Beginers." Shelby is taking a break to become a mom! This class is perfect for the first-time yoga practitioner or anyone who wants to learn more about their yoga practice. Expect to improve flexibility, build strength, and practice balance. Beginner Yoga is a slow-paced class that focuses on safe and strong alignment in yoga poses. There will be time for questions and dialogue about how yoga poses feel and benefit the body during and in between poses. You will be introduced to breathing exercises and meditation strategies that you can use in your everyday life. Lastly, this class will honor yoga's roots as each class will feature a part of yoga's history or ancient philosophy. Curious about yoga? Join us! Remember to bring your mat, and water bottle. We have filtered water available at Yoga Barn. If you would like to purchase a single session, please tap the class name on our daily schedule to book direct with your teacher, or drop in and pay at the door via cash or venmo.
