Service Description
All body shapes and diversities are welcome. We’ll enjoy breath work, restorative poses, guided meditation and sound bath (when Kathryn teachers). We will be mostly on the mats and bolsters, with non-intense asanas (poses) that are restful, with modifications. Substituted will work from their choice of relaxing music and sounds. Taught with Kathryn's nurturing yoga style with beginners in mind and inclusive, trauma-informed practices. Kathryn’s common saying: “You’re body’s cues are more important than mine” Finish your week with a flourish! This class is for all bodies: shapes, genders, sexual orientations, and flexibilities who have doctor’s permission to practice yoga. Participating in this class means that you accept others as they are, in their full truth, just as we will accept you. Neurodiversity is welcome.
