Service Description

Set intentions for the week, boost your energy and mindset on the mat to carry it through your week! We'll begin with some breath work and flow into to asanas (flow of poses), shifting to an extended savasana (resting pose) at 45-50 minutes. Sixty minutes will include savasana with live sound integration. Slower practice with intention and awareness to energize and ground our minds for the week ahead. Beginner- friendly but challenging enough for all levels. Come as you are! Taught with Kathryn's nurturing yoga style with beginners in mind and inclusive, trauma-informed practices from Kathryn's unique background, experience and training. She will be bringing gentle live sound and sound bath elements to her yoga classes. Nicole Neiman is an alternate for this class when Kathryn travels and tours.
