Bend and Breathe Flow 60 minutes, All levels. All levels. Strengthen and lengthen every muscle group in this warming, energizing flow. We move through intentional yoga postures and breath that closely mirror Pilates movements to release stuck tension throughout. Come as you are. Leave a little longer, and a lot lighter.
