This class is DROP IN ONLY. Class fee is $20, cash or Venmo. 50% of the proceeds will be donated to Chrysalis House, a recovery house for women and their children. Enjoy the combination of Vinyasa + Yin ☯️ Flow through an energizing, strength-building practice followed by a slow restorative practice with longer held poses that target the deeper connective tissues, like ligaments, fascia, and joints.
