Yoga for Baseball Athletes

Service Description

In our first yoga and mobility class, athletes will learn foundational stretches and movement patterns that will improve range of motion, joint health, rotation, core stability and balance. Breathwork will be woven into the practice to teach athletes how to enter a flow state that calms the nervous system and brings more mental clarity, to enhance their performance on and off the field. Class is 45-50 min. Please bring a yoga mat and water. If you don't have a yoga mat, we have a limited amount that students can borrow.
