Through immersive 9D soundscapes, hypnotic guidance, and intentional breathing, you’ll be guided to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your true self. Some weeks will offer activating journeys that invite emotional release, energetic clearing, and awakening from within. Other weeks will focus on gentle, down-regulating sessions, allowing your nervous system to settle, integrate, and find stillness. Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or a seasoned breather, each class meets you exactly where you are. Reiki energy is interwoven throughout each session to support emotional regulation, grounding, and energetic harmony, helping you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace. ⚕️ Important Note Activating breathwork styles may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions (including high blood pressure), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, recent major surgery, or any condition where strong breathing could cause strain.
