2. Sign up directly with your teacher.

Please note, some teachers don't have online scheduling. In these cases, just show up. Your teacher will be waiting for you!

KIDS YOGA

Led by Heather Gwaltney, Healthy with Heather

Yoga for elementary age kids- strengthen your child from the INSIDE out in these fun yoga classes where they will experience a sense of peace and calm. Empower your kids with the gift of self awareness where they learn to navigate their feelings as they relate to school,sports, socialization, and life.

PARENT & CHILD YOGA

Partner with your toddler in fun, animated poses as we take a yoga adventure! We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our butterfly wings as we stretch, sing, balance, twist, bend and play yoga!

 

We'll plant lots of seeds for connection, courage, body awareness, self-regulation, kindness, finding our calm, sharing and for bonding between parent & child, all while strengthening growing muscles and using our imaginations.

FLOATING YOGA

 

A floating yoga practice revitalizes your spirit, as you soak in the serenity of nature under a  prismatic sky. Beginners to paddleboarding and yoga are welcome in every class. You'll be matched with a stable, floaty board for a safe, fun and confidence boosting experience!  At some locations, you can bring your own board for a discounted rate. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

ALL LEVELS VINYASA

All levels of vinyasa is a sequential pose practice designed to progressively open the body. Each pose builds upon the previous, evolving into a deeper or more advanced posture as the practice unfolds. This class is accessible to all bodies. Offering  variations for any level experience, playing up to the experienced yogi or offering modifications for the beginner. We help you to meet your body where it is, pair breath with movement and align the body and the mind for a flow state experience. 

BEGINNER YOGA

Yoga is for Every Body! Learn the foundations of yoga so you can begin to experience its transformational effects. Explore body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment. This class is designed for the brand new student, yet experienced students may attend to reinforce the basics. This class is also appropriate for Prenatal clients.

BUTI YOGA

Buti Yoga is a unique, dynamic practice that incorporates asana (poses), conditioning, cardio dance & a touch of primal movement.

PRIMAL FLOW

Primal Flow blends intentional sequencing with creatively while maintaining structural integrity.  It is a meditation in motion that will build confidence, connection and strength.

SUNDAY SOUL FLOW

Recenter and recalibrate your true north at Sunday Soul Flow. In this class, we come back to the essentials to feel our aliveness. Society may be telling us that we need more, always more, but when we take a pause to check in with ourselves, we can create the space to receive the miracle of this moment. Through music, movement and breath, you will feel your heart open wide to realize on the most foundational level that — you are enough.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA

Drop in deep with mindful movement anchored by energy and breath work. Individual needs are addressed as we co-create your yoga prescription for health and freedom.

VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa Flow emphasizes sequential movement between asana (poses), coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath.

VINYASA SCULPT

An ideal combination of strength, stretching, and introduction to yoga. Accessible to all levels this class will warm you up, then move you through a combination of yoga, strength, squats, lunges, core work. Leave feeling calm, strong, refreshed and rejuvenated.
