KIDS YOGA

Led by Heather Gwaltney, Healthy with Heather

Yoga for elementary age kids (5-11yo). Strengthen your child from the INSIDE out in these fun yoga classes where they will experience a sense of peace and calm. Empower your kids with the gift of self awareness where they learn to navigate their feelings as they relate to school, sports, socialization, and life.  Offering 4 week series throughout the school year.

ALL LEVELS VINYASA  [BF]  [K]

All levels of vinyasa is a sequential pose practice designed to progressively open the body. Each pose builds upon the previous, evolving into a deeper or more advanced posture as the practice unfolds. This class is accessible to all bodies. Offering  variations for any level experience, playing up to the experienced yogi or offering modifications for the beginner. We help you to meet your body where it is, pair breath with movement and align the body and the mind for a flow state experience. 

Classes are Tues 12-1P • Sun 11A - 12P 

BE WELL SLOW FLOW [BF] 

A feel-good slow flow for nervous system nourishment. Incorporating knowledge from Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, we’ll move and breathe with grounding intentions to activate the parasympathetic nervous system for mind-body relaxation. Less fight or flight mode, more rest and digest mode as we clear the day away. A slow flow for all levels, but also curated to support pre-natal and postpartum Mamas. Let’s be well together!

Class is Mon 7-8P

BE WELL SLOW FLOW  [BF] 

A feel-good slow flow for nervous system relaxation. Incorporating knowledge from Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, we’ll move and breathe with grounding intentions to activate the parasympathetic nervous system as we clear the day away. Less fight or flight and more rest and digest to prepare for a good night's sleep. A slow flow for all levels, but also curated to support pre-natal and postpartum Mamas. Let’s be well together!

Class is Thurs 7-8P 

BE WELL SPICY FLOW   [I] 

A spicy vinyasa flow to tap into your solar energy. Incorporating knowledge from Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, we’ll move and groove to build heat from the inside out through breathwork and mindful exploratory movement. We’ll flow to break a sweat, activating the lymphatic system, and we’ll practice with equal parts determination and ease to meet ourselves where we’re at for the day. Let's be well together!

Class is Thurs 5:45-6:45P

FOCUSED FRIDAY FLOW  [I] 

Just what the doctor ordered to end the work week. This class will smooth the nervous system while enhancing the skeletal and muscular system. Enjoy a mix of yoga flow with strength and ample amount of breathing space, inviting more peace in. You will leave feeling focused and relaxed, ready for weekend vibes. All levels welcome.

Class is Fri 8:30-9:15A

GENTLE YOGA  [BF] 

This is a loving class for all levels. You will be guided through gentle stretches, movement, and breathwork to calm the mind and relax the body. Slow down and soak up the rejuvenation, while increasing range of motion,  joint health,  and lymphatic flow.  The slower pace makes it an excellent class for beginners, athletes looking to support tissue recovery and repair, and with consistency, will help heal a dysregulated nervous system.

Postpartum Mama & Baby Yoga   [BF]   [K]

Yoga, holistic Ayurveda knowledge and self-care support for postpartum Mamas. Gentle movement, calming breathwork, and a circle chat for sharing while we sip an herbal Ayurvedic tea. Newborns and pre-walking infants welcome to sit alongside Mamas. *For Mamas who have been cleared by their doctors for movement

Pop Up Class on some Fridays

SUNDAY SOUL FLOW   [BF]    [K]

Recenter and recalibrate your true north at Sunday Soul Flow. In this class, we come back to the essentials to feel our aliveness. Society may be telling us that we need more, always more, but when we take a pause to check in with ourselves, we can create the space to receive the miracle of this moment. Through music, movement and breath, you will feel your heart open wide to realize on the most foundational level that — you are enough.

Class is Sun 9-10:15A

SUNRISE POWER YOGA   [I]

This class will guide you through energetic and flowing sequences, with a dynamic mix of postures. It will allow you to release stress, improve mindfulness, while building strength and gaining flexibility. At the end of each class is a guided meditation for savasana. 

Tue 6-6:45A • Wed 6:15-7A

SUNRISE YOGA - ALL LEVELS  [BF]  [W]  [KF]

Ignite your day with a grounding and empowering Sunrise Yoga class — great for beginners or intermediate and advanced practitioners. This class is designed to hone alignment in yoga postures as you hold each yoga pose for 3-4 breaths. You can expect a warm space of 80-85º and the use of props and cues for options and modifications throughout class.  As the sun rises, you'll release stress, increase mindfulness, and become grounded through asana. Leave class feeling whole, integrated, and ready to move purposefully through your day. 

Classes are Fri 6-7A • Sat 7-8A

THERAPEUTIC YOGA   [BF] 

Drop in deep with mindful movement anchored by energy and breath work. Individual needs are addressed as we co-create your yoga prescription for health and freedom. Beginners and students working through injury or physical limitations will feel extra supported in this class. 

Class is Tues 9:30-10:45A (alternates with Gentle Yoga)

VINYASA YOGA FLOW  [BF]

This 60 min. practice elevates your energy and grounds your body, mind and soul.  All levels and all bodies are invited to experience energetic fluid movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures). You will be guided to move with breath, creating an even greater sense of flow, strength, ease and tension release. 

Classes are Mon 9:30-10:30A • Tues 5:30-6:30P • Wed 10-11A • Wed 12-1P • Wed 7-8P • Fri 12:15-1:15P

YOGA PILATES FUSION  [BF]

This Yoga Pilates fusion class arises from a new shift in the yoga industry that “bendy isn’t better” and aims to blend the grounding, flow like state of yoga with the whole body stability and healthy alignment ques of Pilates. All levels of experience can participate, and class starts off organically connecting to the breathe through diaphragmatic techniques, slowly shifting into movement that intentionally stresses joint stability and mobility OVER flexibility. Core and spine strengthening poses will build some heat and endurance, while alignment focused poses will create balance and healthy postural shifts. Class will wind down with a tension relieving cool down and a short but effective savasana.

Classes are Mon 12-1P & Tue 7-8P

YOGA FOUNDATIONS  [BF]

Our Foundations classes are designed for students new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners who want to refine their technique and refresh their understanding of the fundamentals. Through mindful work and attention to breath, students will learn proper alignment in basic postures. This class is also appropriate for Prenatal clients.
