ALL LEVELS VINYASA [BF] [K]
All levels of vinyasa is a sequential pose practice designed to progressively open the body. Each pose builds upon the previous, evolving into a deeper or more advanced posture as the practice unfolds. This class is accessible to all bodies. Offering variations for any level experience, playing up to the experienced yogi or offering modifications for the beginner. We help you to meet your body where it is, pair breath with movement and align the body and the mind for a flow state experience.

BEGINNERS YOGA [BF] [K]
This class is perfect for the first-time yoga practitioner or anyone who wants to learn more about their yoga practice. Expect to improve flexibility, build strength, and practice balance. Beginner Yoga is a slow-paced class that focuses on safe and strong alignment in yoga poses. There will be time for questions and dialogue about how yoga poses feel and benefit the body during and in between poses. You will be introduced to breathing exercises and meditation strategies that you can use in your everyday life. Lastly, this class will honor yoga's roots as each class will feature a part of yoga's history or ancient philosophy. Curious about yoga? Join us!

BE WELL SLOW FLOW [BF]
A feel-good slow flow for nervous system relaxation. Incorporating knowledge from Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, we’ll move and breathe with grounding intentions to activate the parasympathetic nervous system as we clear the day away. Less fight or flight and more rest and digest to prepare for a good night's sleep. A slow flow for all levels, but also curated to support pre-natal and postpartum Mamas. Let’s be well together!

BE WELL SPICY FLOW [I]
A spicy vinyasa flow to tap into your solar energy. Incorporating knowledge from Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, we’ll move and groove to build heat from the inside out through breathwork and mindful exploratory movement. We’ll flow to break a sweat, activating the lymphatic system, and we’ll practice with equal parts determination and ease to meet ourselves where we’re at for the day. Let's be well together!

DEEP STRETCH: MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY [BF]
Improve your yoga practice and all aspects of your daily life by increasing your mobility and flexibility. Through deep stretches, held for an extended period of time, your basic range of motion will improve, flexibility will increase and it may result in a decrease in pain within the body!

FLOWY 45: A Fall Refresh Series [BF]
A Fall Yoga series for October. Challengers can get in an extra class on Fridays! We’ll shorten all parts, but get a slow flow on that promises a refreshing end to the week. Each week has a theme, to walk through a fall reset together.

FOCUSED FRIDAY FLOW [I]
Just what the doctor ordered to end the work week. This class will smooth the nervous system while enhancing the skeletal and muscular system. Enjoy a mix of yoga flow with strength and ample amount of breathing space, inviting more peace in. You will leave feeling focused and relaxed, ready for weekend vibes. All levels welcome.

FUNCTIONAL FLOW [BF]
Functional flow arises from a new shift in the yoga industry, inspired by physical therapists, that “bendy isn’t better” and aims to blend the grounding, flow like state of yoga with whole body stability and alignment ques of a sustainable practice. All levels of experience can participate, and class starts off organically connecting to the breathe through diaphragmatic techniques, slowly shifting into movement that intentionally emphasizes joint stability and mobility OVER flexibility. Strengthening poses and mindful movement will build some heat and endurance, while alignment focused poses will create balance and healthy postural shifts. Class will wind down with a tension relieving cool down and a short but effective savasana.

GENTLE YOGA [BF]
This is a loving class for all levels. You will be guided through gentle stretches, movement, and breathwork to calm the mind and relax the body. Slow down and soak up the rejuvenation, while increasing range of motion, joint health, and lymphatic flow. The slower pace makes it an excellent class for beginners, athletes looking to support tissue recovery and repair, and with consistency, will help heal a dysregulated nervous system.

Postpartum Mama & Baby Yoga [BF] [K]
Yoga, holistic Ayurveda knowledge and self-care support for postpartum Mamas. Gentle movement, calming breathwork, and a circle chat for sharing while we sip an herbal Ayurvedic tea. Newborns and pre-walking infants welcome to sit alongside Mamas. *For Mamas who have been cleared by their doctors for movement

ROOT TO RISE FLOW [BF]
Wake up and tune into your body with this mindful morning flow that combines Vinyasa, and Hatha styles. This sweet, grounded practice encourages self-care and body-awareness through breath, flowing, and centered movement. We start together with a grounding mantra and short mediation . Followed by 20-30 min a vinyasa sequence that builds from the ground to standing then coming back down to the mat to close class with a few deep restorative stretches. Guiding you into a short savasana before you leave the mat to start your day!

Seasonal Yoga is designed to align the changing energies of nature and the seasons in a practice that improves physical strength and flexibility, giving balance, harmony and an enhanced sense of well-being. We reclaim our cyclical nature and harmonize with the energy of the season, as we integrate mother earth and the wisdom teachings of Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and the lunar phases.

Through music, movement and breath, you will feel your heart open wide to realize on the most foundational level that — you are enough.

This 60 min. practice elevates your energy and grounds your body, mind and soul. All levels and all bodies are invited to experience energetic fluid movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures). WONDER TIME KIDS YOGA WITH FROLIC THE FOX [KF]
Join us for a WonderTime yoga class filled with original songs, imaginative play, movement, mindfulness, and social time for children aged 0-5 and their caregivers. This engaging session with Frolic the Fox is designed to foster creativity, physical activity, and bonding while learning deeply nourishing songs and tools for children and their adults. It's a wonderful opportunity for little ones to explore and grow in a fun, supportive environment and for parents to meet each other. Expect an appearance of Frolic's well-known rainbow for a little bit of sensory bliss, no matter who is teaching. Class time includes time to socially warm up, set up, and put away together as a group with playful songs to model joy. Don't worry! Short attention spans and little bodies that need to move are expected. Active adult participation and friendly, community feel are expected. We hope to foster relationship building in the community.

YOGA FOUNDATIONS [BF]
Our Foundations classes are designed for students new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners who want to refine their technique and refresh their understanding of the fundamentals. Through mindful work and attention to breath, students will learn proper alignment in basic postures. This class is also appropriate for Prenatal clients.
