Therapeutic Yoga - for all levels. 75 Minute Class. Drop-in deep with mindful movement (includes Somatic, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga), anchored by energy and breath work. Individual needs are addressed as we co-create your yoga prescription for health and freedom. “Remember to bring your mat, and water bottle. We have filtered water available at Yoga Barn. *At this time, this class booking is available for Black Friday Class Packs only.* If you would like to purchase a single session, please tap the class name on our daily schedule to book direct with your teacher, or drop in and pay at the door via cash or venmo. For students using their regular price class packs, you will continue recording classes in the binder at Yoga Barn.”

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class, we appreciate you making the change at least three hours before class starts.
