Celebrate Yoga Barn’s 4-Year Anniversary! Join us this Sunday as we celebrate with community pricing for all classes all day! Our Community Class rate is $5.50 (to include processing fees). All contributions from this event, at any level, go directly toward improving our shared Yoga Barn space. A $10 Community+ Rate option is also available for those who are in a position to give a little extra. Hatha Yoga A gentle yet deeply effective class designed to unwind tension stored in the connective tissues and restore natural fluidity to the body. Using simple tools like lacrosse balls, yoga blocks and sustained pressure, we’ll release adhesions, open energetic pathways, and support circulation throughout the fascial network. This practice complements all forms of movement and is especially supportive for those experiencing tightness, fatigue, or emotional holding in the body.
