On the Autumn Equinox and New Moon Solar Eclipse, join Whitney for a powerful afternoon of movement, stillness, and ceremony. We’ll honor balance: the harmony of light and dark, yin and yang, with Salutations followed by grounding Yin Yoga, guided breathwork and meditation, and integrate with sound healing. This event is designed for all levels: challenge your body, quiet your mind, or simply immerse in the collective energy of the season.
