Make your midweek more meaningful with a practice that goes beyond muscles and breath. Kosha Yoga is a five-week journey through the subtle layers of the human experience: the pancha koshas, or “five sheaths,” that shape our physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and bliss states. Each week, we progress from outer to inner worlds, incorporating asana, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, kriya yoga, and philosophy to reveal how that sheath influences your daily life. Week 1: Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body) - focus on asana Week 2: Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Body) - focus on breath Week 3: Manomaya Kosha (Mind Body) - focus on meditation Week 4: Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom Body) - focus on philosophy Week 5: Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Body) - focus on devotion Across five weeks, we meet ourselves layer by layer to reveal the fullness of our inner landscapes while building on previous weeks. This is a beginner-friendly, 60-minute practice for anyone ready to move inward and reconnect to the intelligence of their entire being.
