Begin the day in harmony with the natural rhythms of the body and the season. This all-levels, beginner-friendly morning class blends yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and pranayama (breathwork) to gently awaken the organ and nervous systems. Each hour-long session focuses on postures, acupressure points, breathwork, and gentle somatic techniques to support the smooth movement of prana/qi. This is an intentional practice for those who want to sync their body clock with nature’s clock and cultivate clarity. Expect slow, intuitive sequencing and a peaceful atmosphere that supports both subtle energy and deepened awareness.
