THIS LISTING IS FOR A 4 HOUR SPACE RENTAL. Yoga Barn is a 1200 sq foot studio space with a rustic, fresh airy feel.  Throughout the day, sunshine streams in the windows and two large original barn doors that swing open to the outside. Warm white walls are accented with live edge wood shelves, reclaimed barn wood paneling, and industrial metal fixtures. We're located just steps from the B&A Trail, adjacent to the Earleigh Heights Ranger Station in Severna Park. The barn is surrounded by a grassy lawn with giant shade trees, outdoor tables and chairs, along with coffee, smoothies and speciality drinks provided by our amazing neighbors — The Coffee Trailer. We host a wide spectrum of community events and classes at Yoga Barn including yoga, breath and meditation classes, circles, wellness events, talks, movies, dance parties, artist markets, etc. This interior space of the Barn can fit 30 ppl with yoga mats or 40 ppl for a talk, party, or social event. There is one small interior bathroom with a sensitive septic in the Barn, which limits the group size. ​Pricing We offer 90 minute, 2 Hour, 3 Hour, and 4 Hour Space Rentals. Here's how: - Social Media - Tag @_yogabarn in your Insta stories or add us as a collaborator for a post. We will share and help spread the word.  - Events Page - Email us a summary about your event, booking link, and graphic. We will add to our events page! - Monthly Newsletter - Send your event info at least 7 days before the start of the new month to be included in our newsletter.  - On-Site Signage - Design and print a compelling color flyer and post to our bulletin board inside our space.  SET UP/CLEAN UP Rental clients receive 30 minute complimentary book ends on the front and back of your rental time to support you with set up and clean up at no additional cost. AMENITIES We offer plenty of parking, heat, AC, WIFI and Sonos surround sound speakers. We do not provide tables and chairs.
