Service Description
Join Whitney on Thursday evenings in October for an autumnal warming flow illuminated by golden hour. This practice incorporates yoga philosophy, a variety of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), as well as elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine to align body and mind with the earth and heavens at once. Options are provided for every level of practice. Come prepared to sweat, shed, and savasana deeply :)

Cancellation Policy
To ensure everyone has the opportunity to practice, we kindly ask that you manage your bookings mindfully. Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. No Refunds: All class purchases are final. We do not offer monetary refunds; however, cancellations made outside of the 3-hour window will result in a class credit being returned to your account for future use.
