Enjoy the combination of Vinyasa + Yin ☯️ Flow through an energizing, strength-building practice followed by a slow restorative practice with longer held poses that target the deeper connective tissues, like ligaments, fascia, and joints. This creates a balanced session that focuses on both dynamic movement and deep stretching- enhancing strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure everyone has the opportunity to practice, we kindly ask that you manage your bookings mindfully. Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. No Refunds: All class purchases are final. We do not offer monetary refunds; however, cancellations made outside of the 3-hour window will result in a class credit being returned to your account for future use.
