Announcing our Mindful Book Club! This is an idea that has been brewing for a while, and we're super excited to launch it this summer!
The idea is simple: Read the book, then gather in community for energetic conversation that will raise our collective consciousness.
If you are looking to deepen your roots in a high vibing community, then this is for you! Our book club discussions will be facilitated by Carleen, Yoga Barn teacher and manager.

YOGA BARN SOCIAL RUN CLUB

We love it when our community takes action. Our Yoga Barn Run Club was created by a Saturday morning yogi who thought: "Hey, we're so close to the B&A Trail, we should get our run on before yoga!" We couldn't agree more!
If you're looking for accountability and a nice group of people to run with, then read on and check for updates on Insta @yogabarnrunclub.
All people and all paces are welcome! Walk, run, or dice up the distance into intervals. The core group runs 3 - 4 miles (9:30 - 10:30 min mile pace) from Yoga Barn, south on the trail, turning around at Big Bean and heading back in time for Lindsay’s Power Flow class at 8:30 AM.
